Most of them are older books, so no electronic versions. I'm thinking they'll wind up on a shelf at work in the fall for my coworkers to reference.

I never thought I'd be a big fan of the e-versions of books, but it's so nice to have 20 books in the iPad.

How come you didn't read 'fifty shades of Gray"? Very disappointed, lol.

Funny thing - on Amazon I read alot of reviews saying the grammar was awful and it read like a teenager yet it is selling millions. I thought about reading it myself. Maybe in time I will. Who knows..

If you didn't already know, Fifty Shades started as online 'Twilight' fan fiction. She just changed the names and released it as books.

I think that's a pretty good reason why it doesn't appeal-the fact that the writing is so bad seals the deal that I won't be reading them!

For several months now, I have participated in WalMart 's Beyond Eleven Moms, a collective of bloggers who partner with WalMart to give feedback on products already in stores and ideas about products that the company can offer in their stores. Last month, I was approached to help test out a new product line in the stores. Many retailers offer room decor for youngsters and college students, but affordable furniture, bedding and decor for teens was hard to find. Enter Your Zone ! Webmaster Alex speaks Anonymously

**Please note, this post was written in 2008, over 7 years ago.  This is not current, but remains to detail the DISboards bannings.** The other day, I wrote of my banning from the Disboards, a site I belonged to for six years. I was banned for participating in another site, as were approximately 35 others. The list will be posted further in this entry. If you skip this post because it doesn't mean anything except to the participants, I don't mind. This is mainly out there for the hundreds (over 7,500 now!**) of Google searches that have been directed to my blog since the bannings. Lord knows, anytime anyone asks a question on the Disboards, it'll be poofed faster than you can say "delete." Curiously, I received an anonymous comment that rambled on and on.
